Ready, steady, cook, not peuk. Just joking. What a lot of great chefs in Gamrie! It was a fantastic night. Being the taster is a great job. I think we need another night like that. Maybe next time we'll give you ingredients and let you make your own recipe. Omelettes were delicious. Ken and James George, you really missed yourselves!!

What a great night 'Ready,Steady,Cook' turned out to be. There were 4 teams with a few budding chefs shining through. The teams made an omlette and a pudding. Monica and Dot were on hand if anyone needed a little help. George Booth judged the teams on their teamwork, cooking skills and of course tasted the dishes! Rosie was in the Kitchen and served up a feast.

    The teams were as follows:

Red Apples: Vanessa(Nigella Lawson), Johanna, Eilidh, Shaunie, Niall. Total Points-50

Green Pears: Jonathan(Gino D'Acampo), Joel, Matthew, Ross, Liam. Total Points - 52

Orange Carrots: Matt(Gordon Ramsay), Christopher, Douglas, Ally, Adam, George. Total Points - 54

Purple Onions: Luke(Jamie Oliver), James, Daniel, Jason, Christian. Total Points - 51

Freddie came to visit us with Andy Lovell and the young folks were absolutely delighted. Freddie sang some songs and they joined in. We had finished eating our fondue by then so poor Freddy did not get anything to eat so that is a good reason for us to invite them both back again!

I am so excited about what I see the Lord doing in our area these days. I am so excited about the prospect of revival just around the corner.
